Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any penalty.
Cancellations after 24 hours may incur charges for materials or work already in progress.

Product Damage During Delivery – If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation Before Production – If production has not started, you may receive a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Custom-made or tailor-fit glass products once production has begun.
Products damaged due to incorrect installation by third parties not authorized by Clear Vista.
Minor variations in colour, thickness, or texture inherent to glass manufacturing.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Replacement Policy
